Mineral Development, LLC gave notice to proceed to DCO Energy for construction of its new beneficiation plant in Polk County. The construction is scheduled for 22 months and when completed will produce 1.2mm tons per year of high-grade phosphate rock. DCO Energy is proven contractor with a history of on-time, on-budget jobs. Lance McNeill, CEO said, we are pleased to have DCO as our contractor for this project.
